Young Buck Denounces Tony Yayo’s Attack/50 Cent’s Lawyer Threatens To Sue

young-buck2.jpgIn an interview on New York City’s Hot 97, radio jock Angie Martinez interviewed Young Buck about his thoughts on Tony Yayo’s alleged attack on Jimmy “Henchmen” Rosemond’s 14-year-old son. “Honestly, I’m gonna be real, I don’t know,” Buck said. “I’m out doing my thing and moving and promoting. My album comes out tomorrow, then I hear the news. So the specifics of the situation, I don’t know exactly what happened.” He went on to say, “I’m gonna be honest, I don’t respect nobody who puts their hands on no kids. I have a child myself. If someone puts their hands on mine, I understand the way it goes. So in this situation, honestly, I don’t know the truth of it, but I don’t rock with nothing that’s under that circumstance — putting your hands on a kid. It wouldn’t matter if it was my crew or any other crew.”

In related news, 50 Cent’s lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, threatened to sue Jimmy “Henchmen” Rosemond’s lawyer, Jeffrey Lichtman, for implicating 50 was involved in the attack on Rosemond’s 14-year-old son. “I am outraged, as is my client, by the statement from Jeffrey Lichtman,” 50 Cent’s lawyer, Benjamin Brafman told the New York Post. “We can prove beyond question that 50 was not even in New York State at the time of the incident. And unless there is a complete retraction and apology from Mr. Lichtman, it is our intention to sue him for defamation.” Rosemond’s lawyer, Jeffrey Lichtman responded by saying, “I retract nothing,” he told the New York Post. “I believe, in good faith that the statement about 50 Cent’s involvement…is credible and accurate and will be fully vindicated at trial. If Brafman and his client want to sue me, I say bring it on.”
