MTV Rolls Out New Hip-Hop Lineup

MTV will premier two new hip-hop programs starting this April. Due to the success of his show Wild N Out, Nick Cannon is hosting his new project, Short Circuitz. The series is created and produced by Cannon and features a blend of sketch comedy with a hip-hop edge. The eight-episode series will premier on Thursday, April 5 at 9:30 PM (ET/PT). Lil Jon, Snoop Dogg, Nas, Ice-T and Katt Williams are some of the guests appearing on the show. Three 6 Mafia is also following in Cannon’s footsteps with their new reality show on MTV, Adventures In Hollywood. The series follows the Oscar award winners and their entourage as they move from Memphis, TN, to Hollywood, CA. Audiences will get to see Three 6 Mafia up close and personal, as they strive to keep it hood in Hollywood. The show premiers on April 5 at 10 PM (ET/PT).
