DMX, once again, failed to appear in court on Wednesday (March 7) to answer to a charge of driving with a suspended license that occurred last month. According to the Journal News, the Westchester DA’s office asked the judge to issue a warrant for his arrest. The judge, however, denied the request. The charge stems from a February 2 incident where he was found driving with a suspended license after being stopped for running a red light. In January, X promised a White Plains, NY judge that he would be present in court on March 6 for a pretrial hearing related to another driving related arrest. After missing two court dates for that case in 2006, a warrant was issued for his arrest and he was held overnight at the Westchester County Jail before posting $25,000 bail.
