Lil Kim to Host Billboard and CUN Academy Awards Celebrations

Lil Kim is set to host the 8th Annual CUN Academy Awards Celebration in Los Angeles the weekend of February 23. The celebration, presented by Billboard and the Children Uniting Nations organization, serves as the primary media awareness and fundraising event for the CUN mentoring program for foster children. To kick off the festivities, Kim and CUN founder Daphna Ziman will host a private press conference and luncheon at the former Warner Bros. estate in Beverly Hills to announce this years honorees for the “Inspiring Our Children to Dream Awards.” On Sunday (February 25), Kim will also host the CUN 8th Annual Academy Awards Viewing Dinner at the Henry Ford Theater. At the viewing, awards will be given out to a select few who have changed the lives of children in the past year. Following the Oscar Ceremony on Sunday night, Kim and fellow artists Ruben Studdard, Diana Digarmo, DMX and Darryl “DMC” McDaniels are scheduled to perform at the CUN Oscar Awards After Party.
