Queen Latifah To Co-Star in Heist Movie with Katie Holmes

Queen Latifah is in talks to appear in the upcoming film Mad Money opposite Katie Holmes (wife to Tom Cruise), reports trade weekly Variety. The film is a remake of Hot Money, which aired on British TV in 2001 and tells the story of three female Federal Reserve employees who plan to steal cash that is going to be destroyed. Academy Award winning writer of Thelma & Louise, Callie Khouri, penned the updated script. Filming is scheduled to begin in March in Shreveport, LA.
