icecube.jpgBad Boy South’s Yung Joc and West Coast rap icon Ice Cube both had strong debuts this week, with their latest discs grabbing the #3 and #4 spots on Billboard's Top 200 chart, respectively. Joc's New Joc City, moved just under 150,000 units during its first week in stores, which was not enough to edge rock group A.F.I. and country music trio The Dixie Chicks for the top spots. Cube, whose Laugh Now, Cry Later is his first solo studio LP in six years, managed to come in at #4 with slightly under 145,000 units scanned. Miami's DJ Khaled, a Terror Squad affiliate, also made his entry onto the charts at #12 this week with his Koch Records debut Listennn...The Album, selling just over 44,000 copies.
