DMX Charged in Yet Another Traffic Incident

dmx1.jpgDMX was once again charged with a driving-related infraction this past Sunday (June 11) after his car was rear-ended on the Hutchinson Parkway in Harrison, NY. The accident occurred when the rapper attempted to pull back into traffic from the road’s shoulder, where he had been driving to avoid congestion. According to Westchester’s Journal News, the man who struck his vehicle was not charged or issued a summons, but X was issued a summons for driving on the shoulder. This incident comes just nine days after the notoriously wild-driving rapper was pulled over in White Plains, NY for speeding and making unlawful lane changes. He is expected in Harrison Town court on July 21st to answer this latest charge.
