LAPD Pays Biggie’s Family $1.1 Million for Negligence

biggiechain2.jpgThe family of the Notorious B.I.G. today (March 30) was awarded $1.1 million for police negligence in a wrongful death trial that the family brought against the city of Los Angeles last year. In July 2005, a judge declared a mistrial in the family’s civil suit after it became clear that a detective had withheld crucial evidence. The resulting payout will cover the family’s legal costs, which will allow them to bring a new suit against the LAPD later this year in their attempt to prove that the city colluded in the murder of Biggie Smalls in 1997.

    I say That Officer that put out that book about he can find all three killers. Why don’t he just talk? Big, PAC, Master J all i can say is there are millions that are killed and cases pushed to the side it’s good that they are still trying to find the killers but it’s basicly like searching for Bin Laden you can’t find some one who doesn’t want to be found.
