jarule.jpgMurder Inc. MC Ja Rule is set to appear as a celebrity contestant on NBC’s upcoming Celebrity Cooking Showdown, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The miniseries, which is being co-produced by Diddy, will have famous chefs tutoring celebrities, after which the stars will be pitted against each other in a cook-off. Other celebrities signed on to appear are Naomi Campbell, Tom Arnold and country singer Big Kenny. Showdown will air five nights in a row at 8 p.m., starting April 17.
