With his birthday right around the corner, O.T. Genasis, who will turn 31 on June 18, threw himself a nice b-day celebration at a Studio City, Calif. bowling alley last night (June 13). By most accounts, things were going well—that is, until police were called to the scene after a gun threat was reported at the venue.

According to TMZ, police swarmed Pinz Bowling Center after someone called police to report that two people were threatening each other while pulling out their guns at the "Everybody Mad" rapper's party. Based on images the celeb news site captured on the scene, police pulled up to the scene with shotguns. It's also been reported that a helicopter was called to the spot to prepare for a potential threat.

Police thought something pretty serious could have gone down, but they weren't able to locate any weapons during their inspection of the venue.

Law enforcement visit aside, O.T.'s birthday party, which was reportedly attended by his friends Miguel, Tamar Braxton and Nelly, went pretty well. From the looks of video from the turn up, there was plenty of good music played and good times had.
