After dropping his Don't Tell Me It Can't Be Done EP earlier this month, Dizzy Wright returns with a new video for the project's lead single, "Hit Em With the Pose."

Released on June 8, the Jakob Owens-directed video draws direct inspiration from the song's exercise and yoga themes, as Dizzy raps from a neon-lit gym while beautiful women practice yoga and take swings at punching bags.

"Hit 'em with the pose, drop that, drop that/Inversion, I like that, yoga bend/I might make your knees touch your chin/Hit em with the pose, let it begin, keep workin'," Dizzy raps as the women show off their flexibility.

Dizzy Wright shared his latest EP on June 1. The seven-track project includes guest appearances from Kid Ink, Lazr, Don Rich and Logic, who appears on the song "Dope Talent." Production on Don't Tell Me It Can't Be Done is handled by ISM, Reezy, SDot and Kato On the Track.

The EP is the "Vibe" rapper's first project since teaming up with Jarren Benton, Audio Push, Emilo Rojas, Demrick and Reezy for the collaborative album, One Week Notice. Recorded in the December, the MCs linked up in Austin, Texas to record the project.
