Ralo isn't going down without a fight. On Thursday (May 4), the folks at Atlanta's 11 Alive news station reported that the rapper has entered a not guilty plea for four federal counts of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

On April 15, the Atlanta rapper was arrested at DeKalb—Peachtree Airport and charged with conspiracy to commit a felony after he was found with 440 pounds of marijuana, which, in this case, was worth nearly $1 million. Days after Ralo's initial arrest on April 15, the FBI, ATF and Department of Homeland Security raided Ralo's Atlanta apartment complex.

Ralo remains in jail after he was denied bond and accused of facilitating a cross-country drug dealing ring. If Ralo is convicted of any one of the four counts of drug-related charges, he will have to give up 20 of the aforementioned units in his apartment complex. The Feds also want the 23-year-old to forfeit his nine cars. Needless to say, there's a lot at stake.

After Ralo's initial hearing, his Famerica record label released a statement. "Ralo will continue to work to be the best artist and entertainer and community leader that he is," the statement reads. "We hope that he will soon be released to complete his current show schedule and get back to work with compliance to any restrictions implied."
