DJ Khaled has found himself in some hot water over a 2015 interview in which he claims he doesn't perform oral sex on women.

Earlier today (May 4), a clip of an older Khaled interview on Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club began circulating the web and quickly raised the eyebrows of folks from all over. In the clip, Khaled explains why he chooses not to perform oral sex on a woman. People weren't happy with his reasoning.

“A woman should praise the man, the king” the platinum-selling artist says in an interview that went down in October 2015. “If you holding it down for your woman I feel like the woman should praise. And a man should praise the queen. But you know, my way of praising is called, ha, ha, ‘How was dinner? You like the house you living in? You like all them clothes you getting? I’m taking care of your family, I’m taking care of my family…’ You know, I’m putting in the work.”

Moments later, show host Angela Yee asks Khaled, who's been married for years now, to clarify his comments, asking whether or not he was against giving oral sex to a woman. Khaled's response was an unwavering one. “Nah, never!” said Khaled, whose alcohol-featuring social media posts almost landed him in some hot water last month. “I don’t do that."

In the hours since the video began making its rounds, more than a few people spoke out about the DJ's comments, which some have deemed sexist. Many others just had fun at Khaled's expense, roasting him for what they call some immature behavior. Rock group Smash Mouth also hit Khaled with some shade: "A King who doesn't is no King at all," the group's account wrote in a tweet responding to an article about Khaled's comments.
