Days after unleashing his Care for Me album, Chicago's own Saba pulls up to Sway in the Morning for a freestyle. This one, which the rapper spit yesterday (April 10), saw the Windy City rapper spit over Kodak Black's XXXTentacion-assisted Project Baby 2 track "Roll in Peace."

Putting his own spin on the popular instrumental, Saba flaunts some impressive breath control and wordplay as he does what he can to take apart the beat. "We was the misfits, now look at us/Hits after hit, that's like batting practice/Boy this shit can get ugly, no not a catfish/But I been slaying niggas like I'm a dragon," he spits on the icy London on Da Track-produced instrumental.

Elsewhere during his appearance on Sway Calloway's show, the Pivot Gang artist talks to some fans who called in to praise his new project. Before he gets to that point, the Chi-Town rapper speaks about the making of the LP.

""It was probably, honestly, the most unorthodox way that I've ever created, but it was the way that made the most sense," Saba said during his appearance on the show. "I think that's why it's the most cohesive project that I feel like I've released to date."

Check out Saba's new freestyle session below. It begins at around the 18-minute mark of the video, and the interview portion of the appearance plays out all the way until that point. Listen to his Care for Me cut, "Life," when you're done.
