The next offering from the Flatbush Zombies finally has a release date. On Wednesday afternoon (Jan. 31), the New York City rap trio revealed that their next album, Vacation in Hell, will drop on April 6.

The LP will be preceded by the release of Arcstrumentals 2, the next instrumental offering from Erick Arc Elliott.

Flatbush Zombies' new album announcement arrives with a film previewing both Arcstrumentals 2 and Vacation in Hell. The first part of the visual begins with black-and-white footage of Elliott in his element, sitting behind a piano. Filmed by Ellington Hammond, the second part of the clip features footage from two years' worth of Flatbush Zombies' electrifying performances. Meechy jumps into the crowd from a second-floor balcony while Juice commands the stage with his electrifying energy. This preview gives us a lot to be excited for.

The footage will appear in a forthcoming film created by the Zombies' longtime creative collaborator Ellington Hammond. The film, shot over the course of the last two years on tour and at the rappers home in Brooklyn, arrives April 2.

Elliott's Arcstrumentals 2 will find the Zombies member returning to the tranquil and elaborate instrumentals he crafted for his 2015 effort, Arcstrumentals Vol.1.

Meanwhile, Vacation in Hell is a follow-up to Flatbush Zombies' 2016 LP, 3001: A Laced Odyssey, a critically acclaimed album that debuted in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 album chart.

For the group, comprised of Meechy Darko, Zombie Juice and Erick Arc Elliott, the next project means a chance to propel their psychedelic vibes further than ever before, and we can't wait.
