The drought is almost over. On Sunday (Oct. 15), Wiz Khalifa revealed both the name and release date for the mixtape preceding his Rolling Papers 2 album. It's coming really soon.

Responding to a fan's question on Twitter, the Taylor Gang boss revealed his new mixtape will be dropping on Nov. 10, and it'll be called Laugh Now, Fly Later. So you heard it from the man itself.

Although Wiz dropped two small EPs earlier this year (Pre-Rolleds, Bong Rips), he hasn't released a proper mixtape since the very end of 2015 and he hasn't dropped an album since 2014's Blacc Hollywood. You have to think Wiz's PartyNextDoor-assisted track, "Rain" will be on Laugh Now, Fly Later, and perhaps his Ty Dolla $ign-assisted single "Something New" as well.

In other Khalifa news, the rapper recently graced the cover of XXL's 20th anniversary issue. In the interview for his cover story, the Pittsburgh, Pa. rapper breaks down Cam’ron's influence and the role XXL plays in 2017 hip-hop.

"I think XXL is still keeping people informed on the culture and on hiphop," says Wiz in his Fall 2017 cover story, written by XXL Editor-in-Chief Vanessa Satten. "Like I said, I always wanted to know what was going on with the artists or what happened behind the scenes. And XXL, you guys still are really good at informing the fans and the artists as well about what’s going on."
