The aftermath of Hurricane Harvey continues to resound through Southern Texas, and for days now, rappers from every part of the U.S. have pitched in to help those affected by the devastating storm. Recently, Miami native Zoey Dollaz joined that list.

In a recent Good Morning America news story covering the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, reporter George Stephanopoulos reveals people in Houston have been using jet skis as a mode of transportation when embarking on their rescue missions. He notes some of the jet ski users are from Miami, and that their presence in the flooded streets of Houston was facilitated by Zoey.

Speaking with XXL, Dollaz reveals the full extent of his efforts to get the people of Houston the help they need. Those efforts consist of facilitating jet skis making their way to the city, loading up U-Haul trucks with food and supplies and teaming with LRG Clothing to make a massive donation. Dollaz has turned to his native Miami for help.

“When I saw the tragedy going on in Houston, I immediately rounded up some friends from Miami to get jet skis and boats to get to Houston and help people that are stranded in their houses," he tells us. It didn't stop at the jet skis, either. "I asked people all over Miami to donate whatever they could. Food, money, clothes etc. So we could pack it all up in U-Hauls and drive it to Houston," he continues.

Zoey says he's also linked with Houston hero Trae Tha Truth and LRG Clothing to help aid relief efforts. In recent days, Trae's been riding around in boats to help survivors of Hurricane Harvey. Dollaz says LRG will be donating a massive load of clothes to those affected by the tropical storm.

"I also have LRG donating $250,000 worth of clothes for victims of this hurricane," Zoey reveals. "I landed Wednesday and immediately linked up with Trae Tha Truth and went to one of the rescue shelters to help out and also to one of the warehouses to help load and unload trucks. Friday we will be heading out on boats and skis to help more people.”
