Following the rollout of Father's Day weekend, Trinidad James is here to honor all of the father figure roles out here that are helping to raise some amazing young men. The "All Gold Everything" rapper releases the visuals for his "Dad" record, which sees him dressing up as a much older man, helping his girl to guide her son become the man he desires him to be.

The Honorable C Note-produced track contains a trap beat to back up the Southern MC's playful bars infused with fun, rebellious themes. The song comes straight off of James' FATHER FiGGA project, which contains 9 new tracks from the entertainer that will be out later this year. "Dad" follows in the footsteps of the album's concept, covering how children can be raised the best ways possible in particular circumstances.

“Every child needs a ‘father figga’,” says Trinidad. “Bad fathers help mold great mothers, and good fathers help mold great women," James said in a statement.

The anticipated project from the rapper features production from the likes of Sonny Digital, Ricky Racks, Young Fyre, and Nard n B. FATHER FiGGA follows up to his The Purple Force and The Wake Up 2 project releases from earlier this year.

It's slated to be a major year for James, as he is also set to make a cameo in Pitch Perfect 3, which will hit theaters around the holiday season later in 2017.
