It's been a little over two years since Chinx passed away after being fatally shot in Queens, New York, but his family is doing their best to keep his legacy alive and continue to smile. The late rapper's young son, Nugget, recently celebrated his birthday this week, where he was joined by hip-hop superstars, Drake and French Montana.

While French already considers Nugget to be his "other son," the Bronx native, who was a close friend and mentor to Chinx throughout his music career, recruited Drizzy to come help make Chinx's son's birthday extra special. The two came out to an intimate party hosted for Nugget in Far Rockaway, where the two rap stars sang happy birthday to him as he smiled over his cake and blew out the candles.

Nugget's mother, Nelli, captured footage of the two superstars singing to her little boy, writing an enthusiastic caption about the celebration.

"When @champagnepapi come and sing happy bday to you! My baby is soooo loved. He's such a dope kid. ❤️ S/O @frenchmontananew video comin soon ✅ #LongLiveChinx."

French also wrote a sweet caption in honor of his "other son," where he revealed that Nugget had a Red Bull the next morning after staying out late to party.

"Me and the family, and my brother @champagnepapi had Lil chinx litttt last night lol He went to school with a Red Bull this morning 😂 #happybirthdaynugget #foreverchinx," the rapper wrote.
