Tee Grizzley stopped by Power 106 in Los Angeles to promote his debut mixtape My Moment. During his appearance on the L.A. Leakers' radio show, the Detroit native got a chance to kick a freestyle. Tee spit an acapella, entertaining the hosts and listeners with his bars.

"Fuck with these niggas and follow a trend, that's not what I do/I see some real niggas getting some money and not follow suit/I came out of prison with more than some niggas, why not follow me/You ain't got no felonies, never left yo city, why follow you," Tee spits.

Tee has converted many people into his followers due to the success of his breakthrough single "First Day Out." The 300 Entertainment artist recently spoke to XXL about why he felt the track became such a huge hit.

“It’s like a breath of fresh air, for me and my fans, because this type of music is really not around,” he said. “It’s kind of hard to tell your life story and state all facts and it still be sweet. A lot of people that tell their life story, it be boring, ain’t nobody wanna hear that. We wanna hear something hype, we wanna be turnt up. But I do it in a way where I’m telling my life and it’s still intriguing."
