Two weeks ago, Ab-Soul dropped his new single "Huey Knew" featuring Da$h. Today (Oct. 14), Soulo unleashes the accompanying music video.

APlus directs the nearly four-minute, black-and-white video. The clip opens with Ab-Soul in a wicker chair wearing his trademark sunglasses. The 29-year-old Black Hippy artist faces the camera while video clips flash on the giant projector screen behind him. In terms of the audio, the record begins with a mini-remix of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song. Throughout the visual, there are background images of Colin Kaepernick jerseys burning, Donald Trump speaking and more.

The West Coast MC then shimmies into his first verse, rapping, "They speak highly of me when I raise my voice/I gotta shoot a fuckin’ free throw to make my point/My wittiness leave them tucked in the wilderness, you’ll need a backwood to roll to this joint/I’m Robin Hood in Robin jeans, you follow me?/Nevermind, I’m tired of tight analogies."

It remains to be seen whether this track will appear on Soulo's next album. Back in May, Top Dog CEO Anthony Tiffith posted an Instagram video revealing that Soul's next project pretty much done. However, five months later, there is still no release date or much information about the album. The good news is that there is a new song and video from the TDE rapper. You can view the "Huey Knew" video above via YouTube.

Ab-Soul also recently hopped on the track "Really Doe" alongside Kendrick Lamar, Danny Brown and Earl Sweatshirt. The song appeared on Danny Brown's Atrocity Exhibition, which dropped in late September.
