Tyga's real estate woes have been well-documented but that isn't stopping the rapper from checking out some new property. On The Late Late Show With James Corden, Tyga checked out a four bedroom, four bathroom, $13 million mansion in the Hollywood Hills. Teaming up with Million Dollar Listing real estate agent James Harris, Corden gives the rapper and his crew a tour of the home.

Showing off the views, sheer size and amenities, Corden also provides a beat for the Rawwest Nigga Alive MC to freestyle over while he checks out one of the bathrooms.

Tyga could be on the market for a new living space soon as reports are out that he may get evicted for the second time in less than a year by his current landlord. On Feb. 19, the landlord of the six bedroom, six bathroom, $4.8 million Hollywood Hills home named Tyga a defendant in a suit, according to the New York Post's Page Six. T-Raww had been staying in the home since Dec. and had not paid the $17,000 rent over the course of three months. He received an unlawful detainer notice of $51,000.

In Aug. 2015, the rapper was evicted from his Calabasas, CA mansion after he was ordered to pay $70,000 in back rent. Earlier in 2015, Tyga was ordered to pay an additional $80,000 in back rent.

The rapper seems to owe large sums of money to people all over town. In Nov. 2015, Tyga was ordered to pay Allison Brown, a dancer who appeared in the "Make It Nasty" video, $40,000 for sexual battery after she was groped by a different man at the video shoot.
