Atlanta has become perhaps the most visible city in hip-hop, with many of the genre's biggest stars hailing from within its city limits and with outside artists aping its sounds. As such, it can be easy to forget that there are genuine local stars who have a relatively low profile outside of Georgia. The collective Two-9 would fall into that category: though just starting to gain a national profile, they're one of Atlanta's most reliable hit factories. Now the group is splitting off into its component parts, hoping to spin their success into individual careers. Together, Jace and Ceej form Retro Su$h!, and today (Nov. 13) they release the video for their "Did It." The song originally appeared on Two-9's mixtape B4FRVR and has now been repurposed and reissued by Mike WiLL Made It under his Ear Drummers imprint.
