GoldLink is one of the 10 Freshmen on XXL‘s 2015 Freshman list revealed Wed., June 3. All this month we’ve been providing you with a behind-the-scenes look at the selection process, the photo shoot and the work it takes to pull it all together. Earlier this week, we kicked off the reveal of the freestyles and interviews that we captured at the shoot, starting with Fetty Wap, DeJ Loaf, Vince Staples and Raury. Next up is GoldLink, whose #XXLFreshmen freestyle and profile you can check out here.

After spending the majority of last year trekking across the US touring and after the release of his debut project, The God Complex, GoldLink has established an impressive and eclectic fanbase. His raw yet relatable style and serious yet braggadocios antics are seemingly placing a spotlight on the buzzing MC that only seems to burn brighter, while his future bounce sound is blazing a trail that others are now marching down.
