XXL Freshmen 2015 is coming and the freshman hopefuls are gearing up to possibly make this year’s class. With the10th Spot voting happening now, we have to let the potentials tell us why they should appear on this year’s cover.

OG Maco's break out record, "U Guessed It," acquired the notoriety that every rapper prays for when they finally make it into the spotlight. He released the track last August and in less than a month, the rowdy record spread across the country gaining a co-sign from Chris Brown, remixed by 2 Chainz and referenced in Nas’ new song “The Season.” That same month, Maco inked a deal with Quality Control Music, home to Migos and Rich the Kid. In October, Maco dropped his third EP, the well-received Live Life 2, followed by a self-titled EP, the Breathe EP, his 15 EPand he’s prepping his debut album, Children Of The Rage. That's all in the past yearThroughout his brief career,  the ATL native became known off the mass amounts of material he tends to unleash, additionally releasing  EPs with both Key! and Rome Fortune.   Watch above as he tells us why he should appear on the coveted XXL Freshmen list.

The XXL Freshmen 10th Spot will run from March 16 to March 22. This is where the public gets the chance to vote an artist into XXL Freshmen Class.
