Incarcerated rapper Foxy Brown has asked a New York judge for an early release from the Rikers Island correctional facility so that she can travel to Hollywood to receive treatment for her hearing problems.

Incarcerated rapper Foxy Brown, who was recently released from solitary confinement after serving 40 days for a scuffle with another prisoner, recently opened up to Metro NY about her ordeal.

According to a report from TMZ, Foxy Brown has been released from "punitive segregation." The rapper, who has been serving a year-long sentence at Riker's Island since September, was supposed to serve 76 days in solitary after she got into an altercation with another prisoner and refused to take a urine test in October...

Foxy Brown finally made it onto a bus from Rikers Island to Brooklyn state Supreme Court for a hearing on her pending assault case today.

Foxy Brown, who is currently serving a one-year prison sentence on New York’s Riker’s Island for a probation violation, refused to board a bus to a courthouse in Brooklyn three times on Friday (October 12).
