The BET Hip-Hop Awards were, as expected, less about the awards than about the performances, and especially the Cyphers. And when it came to the latter, the big boys all delivered. Kendrick Lamar and TDE, in what was maybe the most anticipated Cypher in the Award show's history, were—on the surface, at least—the standout performers, although Slaughterhouse, Action Bronson, Rapsody and Jon Connor a
