This is definitely a good mixtape from the homie Jones. im feeling a couple songs off here “Keep it Funky”, HardBody, and Gimme that Love sounds like a movie in it self! Im not feeling Gotta Get it too much but overall I give the CD a 4/5! Your doing and showing more than every dude you battled. These executives cant duck you for long, they gotta respect the grind.

Yeah, it’s just the gift and curse of being a lyricist. Sometimes they can graduate to being an artist and other times they’re just stuck in battle limbo. He garners MAD respect, but is constantly overlooked for whatever reason. Gotta respect the talent though…

I’ve heard joints from Serius Jones for a few years, but while I respect him a ton, his music never really did it for me…and I honestly don’t know why. Maybe I’ll give him another shot?
