Name: Azizi Gibson

Age: 25

Hometown: Bangkok, Thailand/Maryland

I grew up listening to: Slim Shady, Linkin Park and OutKast, also whatever jazz my folks would play around the house.

Most people don't know: I didn't move to America until I was almost 11.

My style has been compared to: Many greats, [but] I'm not a fan of listing my comparisons that sets people up for failure. My style is preHISTORIC.

Standout moment to date: Selling out back to back venues in L.A. and realizing my growth in the past few years.

My goal in hip-hop is to: Take it over, put it in my pocket and keep it safe from fuckery.

I'm going to be the next: Everything you can't be and inspire to be because that's how my body functions.
