I've Been Rapping Since: I’ve been rapping since I was 14. I was on a school bus and some of my friends were really into freestyling and things like that. I never really participated other than making the beats and then one day I just came in with a verse and everyone was floored. They couldn’t believe it was my first time doing it.

My style and/or skills have been compared to: I’ve heard Kanye West, Andre 3000 and Pinetop Perkins, a blues pianist that actually passed away last year but he was one of the greats, when I used to play blues they called me Little Pinetop.

My standout records and/or moments have been: My stand out records have been “Tabloid Truth” the title track off my album, which is one of the realest songs I’ve ever written and my breakthrough hit “WOP.” Some stand out moments were when I was able to meet and get a private concert from Stevie Wonder, which is one of the greatest moments in my musical career, and of course having my single “WOP” go Gold and celebrating with the release of “WOP Euro Mix.”

I’m gonna change the game by: Leaving an impact that only I can leave. I think every one has big dreams when it comes to the music industry and how they are going to change it but I think real artistry and real music are still around.I just want to leave my fingerprint.

I’d Like to Work With: Cee-Lo Green, Kanye West, Dallas Austin, Swizz Beatz and Timbaland.

My goal in hip-hop is: To be remembered. I think that the bottom line is most people come and go but I really want to make an impact to the extent that people don’t forget who I am and I don’t get lost in the mix.

I’m gonna be the next: Scratch that. I’m gonna be the first.
