Days after dropping his sophomore LP, 21 Savage releases his anticipated collaboration with Travis Scott.

In the early hours of Christmas Eve (Dec. 24), the "Immortal" rapper finally released "Out for the Night Pt 2" featuring La Flame, which is now available on the deluxe edition of I Am > I Was. The track is an updated version of "Out for the Night," and 21 confirmed the release through his Twitter account.

"Travis verse out!!! Merry Christmas Eve I love y’all ❤️❤️🗡🗡," the Atlanta rapper tweeted.

Shortly after dropping his album, 21 informed his followers that his joint effort with Scott, which was intended to drop with the rest of the album, was coming "very soon" and is worth the wait. Later on, he indicated that it was on Travis to drop the record and told his followers to blow him up until he released it.

"Ask travis when He thinks I should drop it go flood his shit 😂," 21 tweeted.

Although his contribution to the album dropped later than expected, 21 understood his creative process. During his interview with The Breakfast Club, the "A Lot" spitta explained that Scott turned in his verse the night before the album dropped.

"I'mma keep it 100, man, that shit is so fucking hard," 21 said about Scott's verse. "Like, Travis is crazy, man. Y'all know how Travis is. He's a perfectionist, type shit. He's been working on that shit for a minute, but he sent it last night. And I was trying to get it, but they was talking a whole bunch of shit that I don't understand—codes and some other shit. But they're gonna get it on there."

Later on, 21 digs deeper into the album and explains that "Ball W/o You" is not about his ex Amber Rose.
