Today (July 13), after a lengthy drought, Father pulls up with a couple new bangers. One is called "We Had a Deal," which finds the rapper doing some solo flexing. The other is a track by the name of "Lotto," which sees the Awful Records boss bringing Abra along for the ride.

On "We Had a Deal," the Atlanta rapper hits a lowkey but hard instrumental as he makes jokes and casual threats. "Niggas got it out the mud, all you niggas is some studs/All your hoes catching nuts/But I'm not one to judge/Keep the white like McFlurry, plug call me Pill Murray," he spits on the track.

Father then switches up the vibe ever so slightly with "Lotto," spitting over an instrumental that's just a bit faster-paced. For this one, both Father and Abra go off, spitting about collecting racks and sipping coladas in a casino.

"Stash my boyfriend's gun up in the panty drawer/Yeah we might have some fun but you might need to pay for it," Abra raps on the tune.

These two new releases arrives nearly a month after Father secured his Awful Records imprint a creative partnership with RCA Records. Speaking on the happening, the rapper, whose last project, I'm a Piece of Shitdropped in 2016, sounded pretty excited.

“Awful has done a lot for indie music. We showed many just how far you can get on your own," he said at the time. "Now we finally have the opportunity to take things further and grander with RCA Records," Father continued. "Not only that, it was given to us on our own terms. When you put as much thought into the music as we do, you want it to be heard.”
