After teasing fans with its pending completion last month, Lil B finally delivers his new Platinum Fame album today (May 18). The new project from the "My House" rapper serves as a double-disc album, containing a whopping 28 total tracks.

Lil B's new album is produced entirely by the BasedGod, himself, and doesn't appear to have any guest features. The project is packed with tons of songs that include freestyles, skits and track names dedicated to his California roots.

The hip-hop personality shared his thoughts on finally dropping the anticipated project with his Twitter followers, stating that he cried while listening back to it.

"WOW! LIL B HAS JUST MADE HISTORY RELEASING 'PLATINUM FLAME.'" he writes. "THIS IS A DOULBE DISC 28 SONG EXTREMELY RARE LIL B ART COLLECTABLE PRODUCED BY 'THE BASEDGOD' FEAT HITS SUCH AS "EXTRAS" AND MORE!!! I CRIED LISTENING TO THIS TAPE BY THE 3rd SONG IN."

The lengthy double-disc album from Lil B follows in the footsteps of 2017's long-awaited project, Black Ken, which also featured a large amount of songs with 27 total tracks. The project was also produced entirely by the BasedGod and had a guest feature from iLoveMakonnen.

Earlier this month, Lil B hosted his first art show in his home city of Berkeley, Calif., where he gave away all of the pieces for free to fans and visitors.
