Fresh off announcing a June release date for his third album Redemption, Jay Rock dropped off a new video today (May 30) for the project's lead single, "Win."

The clip, directed by longtime Top Dawg Entertainment collaborators Dave Myers and Dave Free, wastes no time in getting lit. Rock and the track's featured guest, Kendrick Lamar, clad in suits and ties, enter stage right through a dancing horn section and flamethrowers. The labelmates proceed to dodge missiles in a CGI war zone, hunt ducks in a swamp, shoot pool, and stage a 300-style execution off the roof of a building. Fellow TDE members SZA, Isaiah Rashad and Ab-Soul also make guest appearances.

The Vinylz and Boi-1da-produced song is our first taste of Rock's forthcoming album, which the "Vice City" rapper announced this month will drop on June 15. It's Rock's first LP since 90059, which dropped in 2015. He last appeared on "King's Dead" from the Black Panther soundtrack, which went platinum this week.

Redemption will drop on the second to last night of TDE's Championship Tour. The label stopped last night at Madison Square Garden and has 12 remaining show dates. Fellow top dawg, Isaiah Rashad, who is not on the tour, is also expected to release a new album this summer.

In addition to the Black Panther record, Kung Fu Kenny has appeared this year on tracks with Q-Tip, Cozz, and Nipsey Hussle. Lamar has also won a range of awards in 2018 including the Pulitzer Prize.
