After teaming up with Warhol.ss last week for the song "Balance," producer Danny Wolf is back with another entry in his Wolf Wednesdays series. This time, he links up with Hoodrich Pablo Juan, Lil Dude and Goonew on "Takedown," which is also produced by Otxhello and Wyt.

"Hoodrich nigga, we psycho/These niggas remind of somethin' off American Idol," raps Lil Dude on the track. "Deep down cold like an ice cube/With my boys in the hood but my name ain't Ice Cube."

The rappers all go back and forth over Wolf's smooth beat with Hoodrich Pablo following Lil Dude. "Rap with the big gun and Lil Dude/I chop 'em with sticks they gone eat 'em like food/Goon rich, Hoodrich, niggas rich like some Jews," Hoodrich Pablo spits.

One of hip-hop's new go-to beatmakers, Danny Wolf actually got his start as an intern for the Atlanta-based Hoodrich Entertainment. The company has worked with the likes of 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane and MMG.

Speaking with XXL last year, Wolf said he got his chance to produce when he revealed he had his own beats.

"I remember I was making beats and I was shooting videos for rappers and I would said, 'I got some beats,'" Danny told us. "I’d be shooting the studio session and they were like, ‘Who got beats?’ And I just said, 'I got beats.' They heard ‘em, they were like, 'These aren’t bad' and shit, now we’re here."

Danny and Hoodrich Pablo previously teamed up in May to drop the 11-track mixtape, Hood Wolf. The production on the project is handled by Wolf with contributions from DJ Spinz, Ronny J, Vince 97 and more.
