Rapsody may be known as one of hip-hop's better lyricists but that doesn't mean the North Carolina MC can't craft a fun, party song.

On Wednesday (Dec. 20), the Grammy-nominated rapper shared the video for "Sassy." Directed by Chad Tennies and Mac Grant, the "Sassy" visual is just as fun as the song itself, showing Rapsody and her crew making their way to an old school house party.

Bobbing along to the Eric G-produced track, Rapsody cruises in her classic convertible as her crew turns up in the backseat. The visuals end at a retro diner as the party eventually comes to an end.

Rapsody's latest album, Laila's Wisdom, recently earned the rapper two Grammy nominations for Best Rap Album and Best Rap Song for "Sassy." The Jamla artist also earned a new fan in Cardi B when the New York rapper tweeted about her earlier this month. "My road manager put me on to some Rapsody last night and I really really like !!!!" the "Bodak Yellow" rapper wrote. "It hit the Bardi in me!!"

The MC responded to Cardi's tweet, replying, "Mad love, sis! I appreciate you and celebrate you! Love your glow! ♥️🌹👸🏾👸🏾."
