Lloyd Banks Blacks Out on “End of an Era” Freestyle
Lloyd Banks hasn't lost a step. Not at all. And just so you know so, the G-Unit rapper recently dropped a fuego freestyle titled "End of an Era."
"Had to make sure I have your attention..," he captioned an announcement for the song on Instagram. Rapping over a menacing track, which contains violins that sound like a huge hive of bees, Banks gets attention with stingers like, "Ringing on your line like what's your favorite scary movie/Terrorizing here to Sydney tap your kidney with the toolie/I’ma need my fuckin money like sours told by Mookie/Have you jumping out the windows hopping fences likes the stookies."
He continues with the slick wordplay adding, "We don't go for threats so watch the way to talk around me/Better pump your fucking break I'll have to park you like Jabari/Yeah y'all came in like gorillas 'till they stomped you out the party/Trying to show off for these bitches playing sponsor out her probably."
This appears to be the first in a 10-song series, so it looks like we will be getting more music from the Queens MC in the near future. Banks has been choosing quality over quantity recently, when it comes to putting out new music. Back in July, he murdered a freestyle on Funkmaster Flex's Hot 97 show. More recently, he teamed up with Conway on the track, "Bullet Club."
