Lil Wayne Drops Freestyles Over 21 Savage’s “Bank Account” and Jay-Z’s “The Story of O.J.”
With the release of Dedication 6 right around the corner, Lil Wayne decided to bless his fans with two cuts from the project. Late last night (Dec. 21), Weezy unloaded an epic freestyle over 21 Savage's "Bank Account" along with "Blackin Out," a rhyme session over JAY-Z's "The Story of O.J." "Blackin Out" featued Young Money artist, Euro. It was all in the holiday spirit.
"Early Christmas!" Weezy wrote in the caption for an Instagram post announcing the new tracks. "Follow @youngmoneyapaasports athletes @dwestbrook11ou & @d_Riley40! They will release these today!! Playoff Motivation! #YMNFL #D6 |graphic designs by @ollycarterz & @umbyangel."
"Bank Account" finds Weezy rattling off his typical punchlines over the ominous 21-produced and 21-performed single. When he's not doing that, he's simply talking that talk.
"You bought a car for the bitch, I buy the narcs for the bitch/You buy apartments and shit, it's nice, I just walked in this bitch/You buy the art for the bitch, y'all argue too often and shit/You always startin' some shit," he spits on the track.
Weezy brings that same energy to the No I.D. track, flipping the sociological lean of the original for some uninhibited flexing. "Right nigga, wrong nigga, dope nigga, ill nigga/Rich nigga, polo nigga, house bigga' bills/Bigga' sick nigga, hill nigga, lit nigga, chill nigga/Racks nigga, real bigga', Shaq bigga', lil' nigga/Facts nigga, trill nigga, tax nigga, still nigga," spits Wayne. For his part, Euro also pulls up with some solid bars of his own.
Check out both new tracks for yourself below. Be on the lookout for Dedication 6, which drops on Christmas.
