Midwest's Trapo is back with new tunes. He releases "Road," his newest song of 2017 since dropping his debut album Shade Trees.

"I just been working and working/And making sure all of my music is perfect/It's perfect, okay well let's drop it/And make sure they cop it/Cause I'm bagging dope/And this shit ain't working," he raps.

The Jazz-infused track finds Trapo rapping and singing over Thelonious Martin production. These two multi-talented artists should definitely do a collaborative project together.

Last week Trapo released "Match Freestyle" We spoke to Trapo about for The Break and asked him what his goals are in music.

“My goal is to create a huge fan base and help as many people as I can," he said. "I know a lot of people, including myself, depend on music in daily life; just to live and feel comfortable and change their mood. I want to be that for people. Kind of like Kanye West and Kid Cudi, I want to be in that lane. When it’s all said and done I want to be someone everybody remembers and have some type of emotional attachment to. I want to continue to put new sounds out. I get shit out that people want to hear that didn’t think it existed yet.”
