The Cool Kids are still plotting on their official return. Since reuniting back in September, the duo of Chuck Inglish and Mikey Rocks has been easing their way back into things. They recently released a new track, "U Are in My System" off producer Barclay Crenshaw's self-titled new album.

The head-nodding track starts off with a robotic chorus, before making way for the two MCs who roll with the party vibe of the track. "Type it out, write it down, ride around, we right around it/Got a pair of Cartiers, I be seeing sounds with it/Digitize that down at Comic-Con/Turn everything on, you had everything wrong/Wired out the ass baby that's 'The Thong Song'/That's 'Computer Love' girl, you had the song wrong," Chuck raps.

After a long hiatus, the duo reconnected on the song "Running Man" featuring Maxo Kream, a few months back.

“The hiatus is over,” Inglish posted on Twitter. “We missed being us. We refuse to let people down and not be the actual group. We been through too much. So prepare for things to go back to they were supposed to be. The Cool Kids together is what is right in the world. It’s on.”

In November, they followed up with the single "Connect Four."

In addition to a reunion album, the duo is also set to star in a comedy series titled The Shit Show. No launch date has been announced for the series.
