Tensions between Soulja Boy and Quavo erupted Monday night (Dec. 5) ending with Soulja dropping the above diss track titled “Beef (Quavo Diss).” In October, Soulja Boy somewhat randomly picked a fight with Lil Yachty over the affection of model India Love, and it's unclear here what's inspired Soulja once more. The above artwork features a text conversation between the two that suggests a guise of friendship and "fake kicking it" while on the track, Soulja refers to the Migos song "Dat Way."

Quavo opens that song with the line, "Your artists be taking my swag," something Soulja interprets as a Famous Dex slight. "I got that way from Famous Dex and y’all was dissing Famous Dex in y’all song," Soulja says. "You talking about Rich the Kid artist, that’s Famous Dex." RTK is featured on "Dat Way," which dropped in mid-October.

Elsewhere on the track, Soulja Boy takes credit for introducing Quavo to Sean Kingston and Travis Scott, and raps, "Quavo hit my phone, say he want beef/Must not know I’ll knock out his teeth/I grew up in the Northside shoot with the 2-2-3/Migos ain't shit to me."

Soulja's attack included Instagram and Twitter posts as well, most of which work as promo for the diss song or are meant to make fun of the Migos member. "Bitch ass nigga never pulled up diss song out now don't make me leak the phone convo pussy," Soulja wrote on IG.

All of this comes the same week Soulja Boy had words for Shia Labeouf, telling the actor turned rapper that he's banned from Atlanta. Catch his many Quavo-directed posts below with the diss track up top.
