Danny Brown has heard it all before. With his latest album Atrocity Exhibition dropping this month, the Detroit rage rapper dropped a fresh new track "Tell Me What I Don't Know" today (Sept 21). The banger, which premiered on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 Radio, is reminiscent of the up-and-coming Dee Luciano days and addresses police brutality to a certain extent. As the title of the track implies, Brown is no longer shocked by killings in his hood at the hands of fellow residents and/or the police patrolling the streets. Danny's frequent collaborator Paul White crafted the menacing beat.

"Tell me what I don't know/Last night homie got killed at the liquor store/Shot my nigga on the way to get a swisher/Breaking down the weed when the call got received," spits Danny.

"That one is pretty much going back to the old school Danny Brown signature...talking that old school Detroit shit coming up in the hood," Brown told Lowe after the song premiere. He even compared the beat to something out of the 1970's classic gang film The Warriors

"It's like karate with me. I'm like a black belt status when it comes to the beats," said Brown of his new music. "I could rap over two pots scrapping each other."

Atrocity Exhibition drops Sept. 30. With features like Ab-Soul, Earl Sweatshirt and Kendrick Lamar, Danny has already shared three other singles off the album: "When It Rain", "Pneumonia" and "Really Doe."
