Blu is switching things up for his next album. The California rapper is best known for his work with producers like Exile and Nottz. Now, Blu is adding some foreign flavor to his music as he will team up with French production duo Union Analogtronics for a new album called Cheetah in the City.

The new group of Blu and Union Analogtronics offer up the first preview of their collaborative album by releasing the new single "City Dreams" featuring Olivier DaySoul. The song shows off this different side of Blu as he abandons his comfort zone of dusty soul samples.

Cheetah in the City will be Blu's second major release of 2016. The former XXL Freshman just dropped an EP with Nottz titled Titans in the Flesh in July. That project was a follow-up to the duo's 2013 EP Gods in the Spirt. The release featured guest spots by Skyzoo, Torae, Bishop Lamont and Mickey Factz.

Blu and Union Analogtronics' new LP is due out on Nov. 4. The album will feature guest appearances by the likes of Dam-Funk, Frank-N-Dank and Phat Kat. Fans can pre-order CD and vinyl copies of the album right now on the Fat Beats website. Check out the full tracklist for Cheetah in the City below.
