Maryland MC Jay IDK is on the cusp of releasing his third album The Empty Bank and blesses the masses with the latest single "I Picture."

Jay takes the dreamy track produced by Vontae Thomas and goes in with his views from the DMV. "When I picture selling dope/I picture big fat ol' asses/Big Cartier glasses/Champagne in my glass/When I'm wearing Fendi glasses/I picture big fat ol' asses/Big Cartier glasses/Champagne in my glass," he raps on the chorus.

The “Dirty Scale” rapper released his SubTrap LP in the fourth quarter of last year. Known for his eclectic mix of “Ignorance with Consciousness” music, he continues to push the norms.

The Empty Bank is set to release on Aug. 26. The LP has an eye-catching artwork which features Ben Franklin holding a noose around Jay’s neck as he sits on a vintage car that has license plates that read "RENT ME."

“He’s a representation of what I feel like money is doing to people and at times,” Jay told Pigeons and Planes about the striking cover. “The joys, the pain, the ups and downs, the fact that some people are starting to become slaves to it. It’s all about money.”

IDK recently announced he will be hosting an album release show in New York City at The Studio at Webster Hall on Sept. 6. He will also be performing at The Trillectro Music Festival in Washington, D.C. a day after the album release on Aug. 27.
