PnB Rock has a message for the cops with his new track "Fuck the Law." Released today (July 29) the hard hitter is a change of pace for the usually melodic crooner, but holds the heart that PnB bangers are known for nonetheless. The Philly rapper speaks from experience when it comes to dealing with the boys. Before rising fame, PnB was sent to prison at the age of 19 for violating his probation from previous charges. In fact, as he tells in his recent XXL Show & Prove, that's where he found his love of music.

“My celly liked the sound of [my voice] so he hyped me up," explained the 24-year-old.

Fans got a taste of PnB's new banger a few weeks ago when he previewed the track from the studio via Periscope. And it couldn't have dropped at a better time given the social climate in America this summer. Earlier this month, two more Black men were killed at the hands of officers, resulting in outrage from the Black community, rappers included. MCs like The Game, Drake, David Banner and more have all been outspoken on wax, social media and in public protest.

"Really it was just a freestyle..wasn't nothing too deep about it. But "fuck the law" is just my mentality always," the rapper told Complex when the song dropped today.
