Pell released two new tracks that will sound right at home on your summer playlist. The New Orleans rapper's latest offerings come in the form of "Show Out and "Basic Beach."

"Show Out" is a high energy record which should having you moving on the dance floor. The production from Take a Daytrip employs heavy use of horns to create an uplifting vibe. Pell even shows off a little bit of his singing chops on the track. "Basic Beach" is the Louisiana native's tale about looking for the right woman. Pell sees a lot of fishes out in the sea, but won't settle until he's found the right one.

"I waded in then started swimming/Rolling so deep I'm defying limits/Side eyes from the guys tryna cuff they women/But I don't want your girl, brother, I'm too ambitious/I could share my tale with ya girl right now/I got a barracuda that could fit in her Bermuda/Probably leave her strung out on my young Frank Lucas/But something smells fishy and the waters full of groupers/They saying young Pell don't forget me, get me/But they never took the time to find a nigga history/Is he that bad, nah not really/I just know my worth and it sho ain't worth a penny/But some be too fine, they make me think twice/Like really think twice, like they could be mine/But I'm kidding, there's way too many fish, and I'm tryna go swimming," Pell raps.

If you have not been keeping up with Pell's moves, there is plenty of time to catch up. A perfect place to start is his latest album LIMBO which dropped back in November.
