Lil Yachty Joins Leaf for a Vibe on “Nada”

Twenty-one-year-old Leaf is joined by 2016 XXL Freshman Lil Yachty for “Nada.” The track is a banger, boasting a catchy melodic hook and excellent production by Soundz. Leaf is someone who you want to keep an eye on as she has impressive skills with making fun, memorable records like her previous singles “Ride” and “Money.” For “Nada” the Fool’s Gold signee doesn’t disappoint. Yachty, who recently released his tape Summer Songs 2, floats over sick piano keys.

“See me I’m all about paper though/They don’t want real smoke/They more like vapours/I say farewell to my haters/Like Kobe said to the Lakers,” he raps.

Leaf recently performed at Rolling Loud Festival, where Future headlined, as well as a college store stints at Wesleyan with Ferg, Syracuse with Future and Montclair State with Omarion. She was featured in a recent Calvin Klein ad, toured with Alessia Cara earlier this year. Her full length album Trinity drops in the fall. Look at for Leaf at Fool’s Gold Day Off this year and bump “Nada above.
