Skepta just dropped his Konnichiwa album a month ago yet he's already back with a new song. The grime artist's latest creation sees him linking up with iLoveMakonnen for a collaboration called "Coming Soon." Makonnen comes through for a simple hook about impending riches coming his way while Skepta rhymes about his elite status.

"Coming soon, coming real soon/My lawyer said I'ma touch a mil soon/I'm the man of the year and it's still June/All the girls standing in the line for a real goon/Fucking good, coming soon/Shutdown, that's a fucking tune/I heard your tape and you ain't saying nothing new/We're talking money, boy, we ain't discussing you," Skepta raps on the opening verse.

Skepta makes some greater boasts on the second verse of the track. The British MC compares himself to Jay Z and calls outs rappers in the United States for not giving him his due.

"One day when I was in my mother's womb/My dad said hope you know there's greatness coming soon/They took my fingerprints, they put me in a room/But my visa coming soon, revenge coming soon/Who can they name in the U.S.? Everybody gonna say you, S/Reluctantly cause most them rappers don't fuck with me/Feeling like Jay in '96, they can't fuck with me/Dropped Konnichiwa, that's the Blueprint, now you're stuck with me," Skepta raps.

If you have not heard it already, make sure to listen to Skepta's Konnichiwa as it's one of the best LPs of the year so far. The album features notable guest appearances by Wiley, Pharrell, A$AP Nast and Novelist.
