Moosh & Twist drop the third single from their upcoming album Growing Pains with the Chris Miles-assisted song "The One."

The Philadelphia duo teamed up with fellow City of Brotherly Love native Lil Uzi Zert on the single "Stamina" in late April and return just as the weather heats up for their new scorcher tapping Mr Miles.

Bkorn configures the instrumental which blends trap elements with a stripped down piano loop.

The song is all about positive vibes and high expectations. With a chorus filled with confidence and self awareness, the duo spits, "You know I gotta bring it home/You know I gotta bring it home now yeah/They say the youngins on the road/They say the youngins on the road now yeah/You know I did it on my own/You know I did it on my own now yeah/They got me feelin like the one/They got me feelin like the one now yeah."

Miles breaks the monotony spitting with vigor about the catch 22 of being numero uno. "I feel like the one I just feel like no one can stop me/I think they’re scared now. Probly why they walkin around me/They offering bounties for anyone who stops the crew I’m comin with/'Hey Chris, spit a freestyle' Nah bro you can suck my dick," he rhymes.

Growing Pains will be Moosh & Twist's follow up to the 2014 project Living Out Loud. The album still lacks a solid release date.
