It is hard to believe that Currensy has been in the rap game for almost 15 years. The New Orleans rapper was part of No Limit Records way back in 2002 before moving on and linking up with Cash Money. Breakout success with his hometown labels wasn't in the cards though as Spitta forged his own path as an independent act. And all these years later, he's still at it.

That's exactly what Currensy is here to remind listeners of on his new single "Still at It" produced by E-Dan of iD Labs. The Jet Life rapper is letting the world know that he's in peak form as there's no way he's stopping anytime soon. Spitta's pen is sharp as he details his scheme to make some paper in a more nefarious manner.

"Yellow paper legal pad, blueprinting these criminal plans/So simple in the right hands/Shit'll go cool as a fan long as we keep it in the fam/Grinding with outsiders will only divide us/Provide us with more problems/Cops want see me locked in bars, concrete/But only palm trees surround me," Currensy raps.

Currensy's current output is all the proof fans need to realize that his grind will continue. The car connoisseur has largely replicated his 2008 mixtape run by releasing a new project for every month of 2016. The Louisiana rhymer's latest record arrived just two weeks ago as Spitta dropped The Legend of Harvard Blue mixtape. Considering the pace he's kept so far, it seems likely that "Still at It" is a preview of a new project that's right around the corner.
